
The cost of new residential properties in Limassol surged during the first nine months of 2024, with apartment prices increasing by over 20% and house prices rising by 30% compared to the same timeframe in the previous year, as reported by Landbank Analytics.
The city saw a 17% boost in apartment sales, with the total transaction value soaring by 41% to €820 million across 1,469 properties.
Conversely, house sales declined by 18.5%, with just 237 properties changing hands. Nevertheless, the total value of house sales still experienced a 6% increase, reaching €165 million.
