Cyprus property sales continued their upward trend in August, with 1,241 contracts of sale recorded across the island - a 10% increase compared with August 2025, with Limassol as the strongest district by sales volume.
According to the latest figures from the Department of Lands and Surveys, 13,288 contracts were registered between January and August 2026, up 14% from 11,689 during the same period last year.
Limassol remained the leading property market, recording 4,354 sales during the first eight months of the year, compared with 3,720 in 2025. Strong growth was also recorded in Paphos, Larnaca, Nicosia and Famagusta, reflecting continued demand across the island.
The latest figures underline the sustained strength of the Cyprus property market, with both residential and commercial property continuing to attract buyers and investors.
