Cyprus Property Sales in the First Half of 2026

The total value of the 50 largest property transactions completed in Cyprus during the first half of 2026 reached €286.4 million, according to real estate analytics firm Ask Wire.

The biggest deal of the period was the sale of agricultural land with an existing building in Moni, Limassol, for €55 million, making it the highest-value property transaction recorded between January and June.

Limassol continued to dominate the luxury property market, with six of the ten largest transactions taking place in the district, worth a combined €117.2 million. Overall, Limassol's top ten sales totaled €148.2 million, accounting for 51.7% of the value of Cyprus's 50 largest property deals.

Land remained the most valuable asset type. At the same time, demand for office space continues to grow as more international companies establish operations in Cyprus, further strengthening the commercial property sector.
