Booking terms and conditions:

• Refundable deposit: € 300
• 30% of the total rental price is paid for the reservation of the apartment. In case of cancellation of your booking less than a week before the rental period starts, 30% will not be refunded.
• Further 70% of the rental cost is paid upon arrival.
• The rental price includes cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels once per week.
