Limassol led Cyprus’ high-end property market in the first half of 2025, with six of the country’s ten biggest deals worth a total of €105.7 million.
The largest sale was part of an apartment complex in Limassol for €44.8 million.
Overall, the top 50 property deals reached €306.1 million, with Limassol accounting for €132 million, or 43.1% of the total.
