Steady Cyprus Property Market  Growth, Q1 2026

The Cyprus property market continued its steady growth during the first quarter of 2026, according to the latest RICS Cyprus Property Index with KPMG in Cyprus.

Apartments remained the strongest-performing property category, recording a 4.09% annual increase in sale prices and a 5.10% rise in rental values - the highest growth across all sectors. The figures reflect sustained demand for residential accommodation, particularly in urban areas where supply remains limited.

Holiday apartments also posted solid growth, with prices rising by 3.66% year-on-year, supported by continued demand from the tourism sector.

Overall, the market showed positive growth across most property types, with residential assets continuing to attract strong interest from both buyers and investors.
